Information and purpose

We collect rider names, contact information, nationality, IC or passport numbers, shirt sizes and payment proof to identify riders, manage registrations, verify payment and prepare rider packages. Required fields are marked in the form; without them we cannot process registration.

Group registrations and access

Group leaders submit members’ information with their permission. Authorised organisers can review records. Anyone holding the private registration link can access its status and group summary and submit proof, so keep it confidential. Full IC and passport numbers are restricted to organiser views.

Storage and disclosures

This preview uses Cloudflare database and file storage. Hosting providers process the information to operate the website. Authorised organisers may export participant reports for event administration. Before launch, ONEX must confirm any additional providers, overseas processing arrangements and disclosures to event partners.

Retention and security

We use access controls and private payment-proof storage. ONEX must set deletion and retention periods based on event administration, accounting and applicable obligations. Information should not be retained longer than needed for those purposes.

Essential cookies support registration access and organiser sign-in. Automated participant email is not connected in this preview; the planned service will send registration and payment updates. Registration details are not collected for marketing consent.
